1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rm100k online betting platform, accessible via rm100k.click and any related subdomains or applications. By registering a new account or continuing to use an existing account on rm100k, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms;
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Not an rm100k Employee: Individuals who are directly employed by or affiliated with rm100k or any related company are not permitted to register a player account.

Rm100k reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, should the platform determine that the applicant or account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3 User Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rm100k. Owning or operating more than one account — whether using the same personal details, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your rm100k account password and login credentials confidential;
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation;
• Notify rm100k immediately via customer support if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;

Rm100k shall not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Rm100k reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or a recent proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at rm100k are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. The platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Rm100k does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals;
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method for the first transaction with each new method — this is a standard security procedure;
• Rm100k reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on rm100k are subject to the following rules:

• Bets may only be placed while a market is open. Any bet placed after a market has closed, or after the relevant event has started (for pre-match bets), will be automatically voided;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each market before you enter your stake. Any amount exceeding the maximum limit will be automatically adjusted to the permitted limit;
• Rm100k reserves the right to refuse, void, or restrict any bet for risk management purposes without being obligated to provide a detailed explanation;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player unless the Cash Out feature is used before the match ends;
• In the event of a technical failure during the bet verification process, rm100k will notify the affected player and either confirm or void the bet in question with a full stake refund.

All match results for Sports Betting settlement purposes are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant sporting body. For the Malaysia Super League, official FAM results apply. For the EPL, official Premier League results apply. rm100k is not liable for any result changes that occur more than 24 hours after a match has ended.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Rm100k offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. General conditions that apply to all rm100k bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion;
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements within this period will expire automatically;

• The outcome of each round is final once the dealer announces the result verbally and visually on camera. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours, citing the round number and time of the incident;
• Should a streaming interruption or technical issue occur during an active round, rm100k will review the recording of that round to determine whether the bet should be settled or refunded;
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during play. Any disruption on the player's end that prevents a bet from being placed or confirmed is the player's sole responsibility;

• Player Bet: Markets relating to a specific player (such as first goalscorer) will be voided if that player does not feature in the match.

9 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm100k platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Opening or using more than one rm100k account;
• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other unauthorised method to place bets or exploit the rm100k platform;
• Systematically placing hedge bets to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Coordination between two or more accounts to exploit rm100k's markets, bonuses, or promotions system;
• Using insider or non-public information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of money laundering through the rm100k platform;
• Providing false information during registration or during the KYC process;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or has not been authorised by its rightful owner.

Rm100k cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of fraudulent or unlawful activity. Account information and transaction records may be shared with authorities upon a valid official request, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Rm100k reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies;
• At the request of the account holder themselves (voluntary closure).

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player violation (for example, voluntary closure or a player's request for responsible gambling purposes), any valid account balance will be returned to the player via the same method used for the last deposit.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rm100k reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation find no breach has occurred, the withheld balance will be returned to the player in full.

Players whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to register a new account with rm100k. Breaching this restriction will result in the immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Under no circumstances shall rm100k's maximum liability to any individual player exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
